The result of the SSC GD Examination is released stage-wise by the Staff Selection Commission of India. The stages are mentioned below:
The candidates whose applications are shortlisted appear for the SSC GD computer-based examination. Candidates qualifying for the computer-based Examination of GD Constables are sent call letters to appear for SSC GD PET/ PST Examination.
After qualifying for the computer-based Examination, the candidates have to appear for Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test. Those who clear the second stage of the examination and their names are mentioned in the GD PET/PST Result appear for the third and final stage of the SSC GD Constable Examination.
This exam is the last stage of the SSC GD Constable Examination. In the detailed Medical examination, candidates are tested for their medical fitness, assessing whether they are fit to join as riflemen or Constables in the Indian armed forces. The process of the documentation is done at this stage. The review medical examination is conducted only for those candidates who produce the medical certificate as evidence of their fitness and the possibility of error of judgment by the medical officers/ Board who had examined them earlier during the detailed Medical examination.

Candidates who took the PET/PST Test can check for their names in the final list through the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission- www.ssc.nic.in
Step 2: Click on Result on the right-hand corner of the page
Step 3: Under the results, click on Constable GD.
Step 4: There are two rows for SSC GD Constable Result on the screen. Of these, one will be for Male Category and the other for the Female category.
Step 5: Select your category.
Step 6: There will be three columns against each row showing Result, Marks, and Write Up.
Step 7: The result column will show the list of qualified candidates. The Write-Up column will show important information like cut-off marks.
Step 8: Click on the ‘click here' option under the result column.
Step 9: The list of qualified candidates will be displayed.
Step 10: Press Ctrl F and enter your name or Roll Number. If you have qualified for the examination, your name and Roll number will be displayed.

The SSC GD Constable Exam selection stages consists of 3 rounds- Computer Based test (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Exam [ Detailed Medical Exam (DME), Review Medical Exam]
Yes, candidates applying for the GD Constable Exam must be 18-23. However, there are few relaxations in the case of few categories of candidates.
Candidates interested in taking the exam should be a class X pass out.
There is no fixed number of times to conduct the exam. The notification regarding the GD Exam for Constable Recruitment is released based on the vacancies intimated by MHA or Delhi police
Candidates need to pay Rs 100 as the application fee for the exam. However, for few categories of candidates, the application fees are exempted.
There is no negative marking in the SSC GD computer-based exam. With every right answer, the student is awarded one mark.
