UPPSC RO ARO Notification 2021: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the notification for recruitment to the post of Review Officer (RO)/ Samiksha Adhikari and Assistant Review Officer (ARO)/Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari. A total of 337 vacancies are available, of which 228 vacancies will be filled through RO/ARO General Recruitment and 109 vacancies through RO/ARO Special Recruitment. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
Male candidates who are married and have more than one wife living and female candidates who have married a person already having a wife, shall not be eligible unless the Honourable Governor has granted exemption from this condition.

UPPSC RO (Review Officer Salary Details)
According to the 7th Pay Commission, The UPPSC RO Payscale is 47,600/- to 1,51,100/-.
According to the 6th Pay Commission, RO Payscale was 9300/- to 34800/- with the grade pay 4800/-.
In hand salary of the Review Officer depends on allowances (DA and HRA) and deductions (PF and NPS) but generally, the first salary is more than 50,000/-.
UPPSC ARO (Assistant Review Officer) Salary Details
Similarly, According to the 7th Pay Commission, The UPPSC ARO Payscale is 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-.
According to the 6th Pay Commission, the RO Payscale was 9300/- to 34800/- with the grade pay 4600/-.
In hand salary of Assistant Review Officer depends on allowances and deductions but generally, the first salary is more than 45,000/-.
In the ON-LINE Application process, after completing the procedure of the first stage, Category wise prescribed examination fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in the second stage. The prescribed fee of examination for different categories is as under:-

The UPPSC RO ARO Prelims exam will consist of two papers, whereas the UPPSC RO ARO Mains exam will consist of three papers. In the Mains test, there is an additional paper for Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi & Urdu).
The UPPSC RO ARO preliminary test carries a total of 200 marks (Paper 1-140 marks and Paper 2-60 marks). The UPPSC RO ARO mains exam is worth 400 points (Paper 1 – 120 points, Paper 2 – 160 points, Paper 3 – 120 points) and an additional 100-point paper for Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi & Urdu).
Yes, any Indian Citizen from any state can apply for UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2021. However, people with a U.P. domicile shall have reservations for the reserved categories.
The UPPSC RO ARO Prelims exam lasts three hours in total (Paper 1 – 2 hours and Paper 2 – 1 hour). Paper 1 is 2 hours long, Paper 2 is 3 hours long, Paper 3 is 3 hours long for the UPPSC RO ARO Mains exam. Each Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi & Urdu) paper has a time limit of 3 hours.
