UPPSC RO ARO Education Qualification
Samiksha Adhikari (Account)
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce with an emphasis on accounting from an Indian university recognized by law or a certificate recognised by the government as equal.
- An ‘O’ Level computer application certificate from a government-approved institute.
- Ability to read and write Hindi in Devanagari scripture.
Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi)
- Bachelor’s degree from an Indian university with Sanskrit or Hindi literature as one of the disciplines, or a certification recognised by the government as equal.
Samiksha Adhikari (Urdu)
- A bachelor’s degree from an Indian university recognized by law, with Arabic, Persian, or Urdu literature as one among the topics, or a certification recognised by the government as comparable.
- In the event of a candidate who has cleared the Adib-e-Kamil Exam of Jamia Urdu Aligarh, the prerequisite of having taken Urdu Literature, Persian Literature, or Arabic Literature is waived.
Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Account)
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce with an emphasis on accounting from an Indian university recognized by law or a certificate recognised by the government as equal.
- An ‘O’ Level certification in Computer Application from a government-approved institute.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission
- Bachelor’s degree from an Indian university established by law or a certification recognised as equivalent by the government.
- In Hindi typewriting, a minimum speediness of 25 words per minute is required.
- A diploma in computer science from a recognised institute/university or a DOEACC Society "O" Level certificate.
- An applicant who knows English Typewriting will be given preference.
Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari
(Uttar Pradesh Secretariat/Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh /Office of Chief Election Officer, Uttar Pradesh)
- Bachelor’s degree from an Indian university recognised by law or a certificate recognised by the government as equal.
- Candidates that know how to type in English will be given preference.
- In Hindi typewriting, a minimum speediness of 25 words per minute is required.
- The DOEACC Society awards an "O" Level certificate or a certification that is equivalent to it.
Note: In the case of posts requiring certain educational credentials, candidates must explicitly state their options; only those who do so will be considered for the positions requiring specific educational qualifications.
Nationality
Candidates who want to sit for the UPPSC RO ARO examination should be Indian or of Indian ancestry.
Number of Attempts
The UPPSC RO ARO notification does not specify the number of attempts. It can be understood that the candidate is not entitled to take the exam unless they meet the eligibility requirements.
Experience
According to the official notification of the UPPSC RO ARO test, there is no specific criterion for candidates to have prior experience. Candidates must, however, meet the educational requirements.
