Railways RRB ALP 2021 Notification
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the Loco pilot recruitment examination every year throughout India for the recruitment of Locomotive pilot or loco pilot. The notification would contain all the exam details like the selection process, the application process, application fees, exam centres, etc. The RRB ALP 2021 exam is yet to be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board.

RRB ALP Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for RRB ALP is based on three factors
- Age
- Educational Qualification
- Nationality

Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 28 years
There is an Age Relaxation for the respective candidates as per the Government rules. The candidates claiming for age relaxation must have authentic documents in hand issued by the government or respected authority.

Educational Qualification
The candidates must fulfill some required educational qualifications while applying for the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Recruitment. The required qualification for the posts are given below in a tabular format.

How to Apply for RRB ALP Exam?
Candidates need to follow these steps to apply for RRB ALP exam:
- Visit official website of the RRB of your region.
- Click on the “apply now” option.
- Fill the necessary details like father’s name, Date of Birth, Phone number, etc.
- Verify your phone number and email id through an OTP.
- After successful verification, a registration ID will be issued
- Re-login to the website with your Registration ID and password
- Fill the other details as is asked for in the required field
- Upload the scanned copy of your photograph and signature of the required dimension
- Make the payment or upload your payment details
- Review your application once again and click submit button
- The application will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a print out for your reference.

CBT Stage -2
The Second Stage CBT will consist of two parts: Part A and Part B, Part A will have questions on Maths, Reasoning, Basic Science & Engineering and Current affairs. There will be a total of 100 questions to be solved in 90 minutes for Part A whereas Part B will consist of questions on Relevant Discipline/Trade and will have 75 questions to be solved in 60 minutes. Part B will be of qualifying nature only whereas the marks of Part A will decide the progress of the candidates to the next stages of the selection process.
