AILET Registration 2022 - Complete details

The National Law University, Delhi, started the 2022 AILET Registration on 17th January 2022. The last date to apply is 25 May 2022. The courses offered are BA LLB, LLM, and Ph. D. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website of the University. The AILET examination will be held on 26 June 2022. Documents required for AILET Registration 2022 

The documents required for registration of AILET are given below:

• Mark sheet and certificate of class 10th
• Mark sheet and certificate of class 12th
• The graduation mark sheet and certificate (For LLM - if available)
• Scanned passport size recent colour photograph of the candidate
• Scanned signature of the candidate

AILET Registration 2022

Candidates should follow the below steps to register for AILET 2022.

Step 1: Visit the official admission portal of AILET

 step 2: Now click on the Register option

Step 3: Fill out the AILET Registration form by entering the details-  name, a valid e-mail ID, and a valid mobile number.

Step 4: Click on the submit option to complete the registration process. 

After successful registration, the candidate will receive a login Id/ application number and password. The detail will also be sent to the candidates' registered e-mail id and mobile number. 

After successful AILET Registration, the candidates need to fill out the application form for the examination.

Login to the portal using the login Id and password. Now, enter the following details in the application form.

Selection of the course

Candidates require to select the law course they wish to apply for before filling out the application form. The programs offered under the AILET 2022 - BA LLB (Hons.), LLM and Ph. D

Candidates need to enter the following personal details:

• Name (as mentioned in the Class 10 certificate)

AILET Registration/Application Fees 2022

AILET Eligibility Criteria 2022 

Before the AILET Registration, the candidates must go through the Eligibility criteria set by the examination board. The eligibility requirements are given below:

Nationality

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the admission test.

For the BA LLB course

Age limit

No age limit criteria are set by the examination board. 

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed the SSC exam and Intermediate from a recognized Board/ University. 

Minimum Marks

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50 percent in both the qualifying test and the entrance examination.

For LLM course 

Age limit

The candidates should be more than 20 years to apply for the entrance test. 

Educational Qualification 

The candidates must have completed their LLB or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute. 

Minimum Marks

For General Category: candidates must have secured a minimum of 55 percent in both the qualifying test and the entrance examination.

For Reserved Category: Candidates from the reserved categories- OBC/ SC/ ST must have 50 percent or more marks in the qualifying test.

Appearing candidates

Candidates in their final year of graduation too are eligible to apply for the entrance examination.

For Ph. D course

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution/ university to be eligible for the entrance test.

Minimum Marks 

For General Category: minimum 55 percent in the qualifying test.

For Reserved Category: minimum 50 percent in the qualifying test.
