The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the SBI PO Admit Card 2026 on 22nd July 2026 for candidates appearing in the Preliminary Examination. Along with the admit card release, SBI has confirmed that the SBI PO Prelims Exam 2026 will be conducted on 1st and 2nd August 2026 in multiple shifts across the country. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment of 1,500 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies can now download their call letters from the official SBI Careers portal using their Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth. 

 

SBI PO Exam Date 2026 Out

 

The SBI PO 2026 recruitment process will be conducted in three phases: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview. With the release of the admit card, SBI has now confirmed that the Preliminary Examination will be held on 1st and 2nd August 2026. Candidates qualifying in the prelims will appear for the mains examination scheduled for September 2026.

The SBI PO Mains Examination 2026 will be conducted in September 2026 for candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination. The mains examination consists of:

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  • General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge
  • English Language
  • Descriptive Test

Unlike prelims, the marks secured in the mains examination are considered for final selection.

SBI PO Admit Card 2026 Out

 

The SBI PO Admit Card 2026 has been officially released on 22nd July 2026 on the SBI Careers portal. Candidates who have registered successfully for the recruitment can now download their Prelims Call Letter using their Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth. The admit card is a mandatory document and contains details such as the exam date, reporting time, shift timing, examination centre, roll number, and exam-day instructions. Candidates are advised to verify all the details carefully after downloading the admit card and carry a printed copy along with a valid photo ID proof on the examination day.

 

SBI PO Interview and Psychometric Test Dates 2026

 

Candidates who clear the SBI PO Mains Exam 2026 will be shortlisted for the final phase of the recruitment process. As per the official schedule, the Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Personal Interview are expected to be conducted in October/November 2026. These stages are designed to assess a candidate's personality, communication skills, leadership potential, and suitability for the role of a Probationary Officer.
