MHCET exam takes place for admissions to law colleges of Maharashtra. It is an online exam held by the CET cell. There are two programs for which candidates can fill out the application form. These are three year LLB program and five year LLB program. Both the programs have separate eligibility criteria. Candidates can submit the application fees through several options such as credit card, debit card, online mode, or through net banking. The application fees vary according to the category of the candidates. The same has been given below-

Note
Here General Category means all the reserved and unreserved category candidates of all India Category and General Category candidates of Maharashtra.
In the case of SC, ST, OBC candidates, only Maharashtra domiciled candidates are covered.
The applicants need to upload passport size photos, signatures, identity proof. The specifications of the same have been given below-

The application fee for the open category, outside Maharashtra state category, Jammu and Kashmir migrant, and the EWS Maharashtra candidates is Rs 800
The reserved category belonging only to the Maharashtra state needs to pay Rs. 600 Rs application fee

Yes, you can apply for the three-year LLB program. You should, however, have completed your graduation at the time of admission.
