The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board announced a total of 91 vacancies for the post of Junior Statistical Assistant through its official notification dated 16th December 2020. Today i.e. 20.01.2022 JKSSB released the Result/Score Sheet of candidates in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination for the posts of Jr Statistical Assistant, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu, Advertisement vide Notification No 04 of 2020. How To Check The JKSSB Junior Statistical Assistant Result
To check the result, the candidates should visit the official website of JKSSB after the notification for the declaration of the JKSSB Junior Statistical Assistant Result has been released by the Board. The candidates should stay at the breast with the updates provided by the Board on the website. The Board will also release the merit list.

JKSSB Junior Statistical Assistant Cut-off marks
The JKSSB Junior Statistical Assistant Cut Off marks 2021 are the minimum marks the candidates must secure to be eligible for the next stage. The candidates who obtain the requisite marks will be allowed to appear for a skill test that has been allotted 20 points.
They will also be required to appear for type test after the CBT and skill test, since the Junior Statistical Assistant requires to draft reports, financial statements, and handle various other office work. The marks received in the type test shall be allotted proportionately against the 20 marks provided for the type test.
Examination Details
The objective type computer-based examination will be conducted in English only. The exam will have a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
After the completion of the examination, the Board will release tentative answer keys for the question paper enabling the candidates to calculate their expected results. It will be released on the official website of the Board.
The candidates before the declaration of results and within the prescribed time limits can object to the tentative answer keys by making a representation to authorized representatives. Their objections will be scrutinized by the Board and the decision made by the Board will be final.
To finalize the merit list and decide the cut-off marks, the Board can normalize the marks obtained by the candidates in the written test.
Reservation Claim
The candidate who belongs to the reserved category should obtain the required cut-off marks determined for different reserved categories. They should also possess the determined reserved category certificate to claim the recruitment under the reserved category after clearing the examination.
Candidates should note that even after clearing the examination with required cut-off marks, their candidature will stay provisional till the correctness of the Reserved Category Certificate is established by the authorized authority.
Document Verification Stage
The candidates who have cleared the CBT will have their names mentioned in the list of passing candidates. They will be required to appear for the document verification stage.
This stage requires the verification of the original documents mentioned in the notification. These documents should sustain the claims mentioned in the application form to uphold the candidature of the applicants for further process.
The candidates should possess the following documents to concrete their selection for the post of Junior Statistical assistant:
- Diploma/Degree certificate or the mark sheet of the specified educational qualification obtained before the cut-off date prescribed in the notification.
- Matric Diploma (D.O.B)
- Letter or Order regarding Educational Qualifications mentioning the Authority under which he/she has received the essential qualification that the candidate claims to be equivalent to that given in the notification.
- Category or Caste certificate, if the candidate belongs to reserved categories.
- Domicile certificate verifying his/her residential status in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Note: The Matriculation certificate should possess the father's name and mother's name similar to that provided in the application form. Any dissimilarity can lead to the cancellation of the candidature of the candidates whenever identified by the authority.
Candidates are also expected to carry two recent passport size photographs and one of the below mentioned original photo ID proof during the document verification procedure:
- Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-aadhar,
- Driving license
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Voter's ID Card
- Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU/Private),
- School/ College/ University ID Card, etc.
The documents should be furnished in the prescribed format, if the same is specified by the notification, during this stage.
