Those candidates who are applying for the MP Police Constable exam are suggested to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the post. The MP Police Department conducts the MP Police Constable examinations every year and the eligible candidates are able to apply for the same.
It is essential to check the eligibility criteria such as nationality, age, educational qualification, etc before applying for this exam. If any candidate fails to meet the requirements then such applications will be rejected.

The following are the educational qualification required for applying for the MP Police Constable exam
Candidates from the general, SC, and OBC categories must have completed Class 10th or 12th from a recognized board. Candidates in the ST category must have completed Class 8 or its equivalent.
All candidates applying for the position of constable Radio must have a Class 12 diploma and an ITI certificate in one of the following trades:
Electronic, Mechanic, Mechanic Radio, Instrument Mechanic, Information and Communication Technology, TV, Mechanic Computer Hardware, Information Technology, and Technician Power Electronics
The candidate must be an Indian national.
Candidates who are not residents of Madhya Pradesh are also eligible to apply. However, all such candidates will be considered under the Open/Unreserved category only.
The recruitment process for MP police constables is divided into two stages. Candidates should first appear for a written test. The candidates also must clear a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT) in order to be eligible for final selection.
A total of 4000 vacancies are announced for MP Police Constable recruitment.
Candidates who are 10th/12th passed are eligible to apply for the post.
The recruitment is for the Constable post only.
The online application will start from 31st December 2020.
MP Police Constable exam will be held from 6th April 2021.
