Selection Process

Competitive exams and Mock tests are part of the selection process. The main written exam will be conducted either offline (OMR type) or online (CBRT).

The competitive exam will be of the type Objective Multiple Choice. Most crucially, each incorrect response will result in a 0.25 (1/4th) negative mark. As a result, we urge all candidates to double-check their responses.

KPWD Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Assistant Engineer (AE) position must have earned a B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or board. Relevant work experience will also be considered.

Candidates for Junior Engineer (JE) - must have a B.Tech/B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology and Material Management from a recognized university or board.

For general category candidates, the application fee is Rs.500 for A.E and Rs.300 for J.E.

For the Reserved category and ex-servicemen, it is free of cost.

The fee may be paid through E-Challan or through payment gateways like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
