The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 16th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode in December 2022(exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidate).
- The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website https://ctet.nic.in shortly and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying.
- The test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages throughout the country.

CTET Exam Date 2021
CTET 2021 Exam Date – CBSE has announced the CTET exam date for 2021. CTET's notification containing the schedule, application process, exam structure, and syllabus was released on September 20, 2021. This year's CTET application process began on September 20, 2021. According to a press release from the CTET Director dated September 17, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the CTET exam online as a computer-based test during December 16, 2021-January 13, 2022. It must be noted that the CBSE has made many changes to the CTET exam pattern, but the most important change is that the CTET 2021 exam will be conducted online. CTET 2021 application forms were released earlier this month by the CBSE. CTET exam 2021 applications will be accepted until October 25, 2021 for those who are eligible. According to the CTET 2021 exam documentation, the exam will take place between December 16, 2021, and January 13, 2022.

How to apply for CTET 2021
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday activated the CTET application form 2021 in the online mode. Candidates who are applying for CTET 2021 should use the new link for CTET 2021 application form, through which they can remove images in case of discrepancy after filling out the CTET application form 2021.
- Visit the CTET web pages at ctet.nic.in.
- Click the CTET December 2021 application form link or the Remove Image Discrepancy-CTET December 2021 link on the homepage.
- Click the ‘Registration' tab on the next page.
- Complete the CTET registration process by entering the basic information
- You will receive the CTET application number via text message after completing the registration process.
- The CTET application form 2021 needs to be completed with subject selection, examination centre information, academic information, and uploading of a photograph and signature.
- Pay the required fees.
- Take a printout of the acknowledgement page after successfully submitting the CTET application form.

CTET 2021: Application fee
The candidates who are applying for CTET 2021 exam need to pay the application fee as per their category and choice of paper for successful completion of CTET application procedure 2021. Candidates from general or OBC category need to pay Rs. 1000 for one paper and Rs. 1200 for both the papers. However, the candidates from reserved category need to pay Rs. 500 for one paper and Rs. 600 for both papers
