Only Indian citizens can apply for Rajasthan Police SI 2021 exam. The age limit for this post is between 20 years and 25 years. The candidates who want to apply for this post should hold a graduation degree from a recognized board or university. Knowledge of the Rajasthani culture and Hindi written in Devanagari are important qualifications for the candidate. The nationality of the student should be Indian. The height of the aspirant can be 168 cm or above, chest should be 81 cm (without expanding) and 86 cm (expanded).

The selection for this post is made based on the written competitive examination, physical efficiency test, aptitude test, and interview. The questions are presented in two parts. The general Hindi part is of 200 marks and general knowledge and science for 200 marks. The duration of each exam is two hours each. The type of questions will be multiple choice type. There is negative marking, and one-third mark is deducted for every wrong answer. The eligible candidates can give the exams in either Hindi or English.
The physical efficiency test differs for both males and females. Men have to participate in 100-metre races, chinning up, and long jump. Women have 100-metre races, short and long jump.
The Aptitude test is 50 marks, and the candidate is tested on his personality, aptitude, logical thinking, reasoning, basic grammar, and other skills.
During the interview, the candidate is tested on his or her behaviour, traits, leadership skills, presentation skills, and, most importantly, personality. The interview is the final step, and clearing this level of the examination, qualifies the candidate for the job. A diploma or Degree in criminology or NCC “C” certificate adds extra weight in the candidate’s favour.
Candidates are required to go through a thorough medical examination to ascertain their level of physical fitness. The candidate should not be found with any mental or physical disorder. There should not be any deformities like colour blindness, night blindness, stammering, knock knee, or flat foot. The candidates should have a perfect 6 by 6 vision.
Candidates who can obtain 36% of marks in each paper or 40% in aggregate are acknowledged to have passed the qualifying examination conducted by the Rajasthan government and can proceed further with other tests. 100 marks are assigned on the physical efficiency test, and scoring at least 50% marks is essential for selection.

When appointed to SI post, the candidate is put on probation, wherein he gets a fixed remuneration of Rs 26,500 per month. After the completion of the probation period, the SI gets paid as per the level 11 pay matrix fixed by the Rajasthan Government.
The admit cards for RPSC SI Exam are yet to be released. The candidates must visit the official website and download the admit card. To appear for the Rajasthan Police SI exam, it is mandatory that the candidates carry their admit card print outs as well as a recognised photo ID card.
