Here the LLB must be completed from a University/College that is recognized by the Government/Bar Council. Here the LLB may be either of 3 or 5 years duration.

If in case the LLB is completed from the unrecognized University/College, then the candidate may fail to meet the eligibility criteria and not be allowed to the examination.   

Nationality 

As per the MP Judicial Services Eligibility, the candidate must be a Citizen of India. Only Indian citizens are eligible for this exam.
