Indian Army Agniveer Salary for 1st Year

Additional Benefits for Agniveers
Along with the salary, Agniveers will receive a number of benefits like medical insurance, a retirement package, etc. They are as follows:
- Risk and Hardship Allowance, Ration, Dress, and Travel allowances as applicable.
- Candidates will be provided with a retirement package of Rs.11.71 lacs at the end of their tenure without any income tax charges by the government,
- 25% of candidates of the Agniveers will be selected for permanent services.
- Non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lacs.
- Medical insurance and sick leaves.
