HP police constable exam is conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Police Board. The department is headed by the Director-General and Inspector General of Police. The exam is conducted for recruiting police sub-inspectors for the various districts in Himachal Pradesh

HP police constable Recruitment 2021 exam has been released by the Himachal Pradesh Police Department on 10th September 2021 for recruitment of 1334 candidates in posts of General Duty Constables for both Male & females and Driver Constable for Males only.

HP Police Constable - Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for HP Police Constable Recruitment 2021 is divided into 3 categories: Citizenship, Educational Qualification and Age Limit. The details on these categories are provided below.
Citizenship
The candidate should be a bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh.
Educational Qualification
The applicants should have completed or passed their 10+2 or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board or institute to apply for the post of HP Police Constable.
Age limit
The age of a Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years. The cut-off date for the calculation for an upper and lower age for all categories is 31 October 2021. However, certain age relaxations are considered as per rules. Details for the relaxation will be updated soon.

- Create a new account if you are applying for the first time for HP Police Bharti
- Existing account holders can use the log in option directly
- On the dashboard, candidates can see ongoing posts application form link
- Fill the Application form by clicking the link.
- Provide all the necessary details (Documents, Photograph, Signature, Application fee mode, Exam centre, Posts name etc) in the form.
- Click on submit button
- Take a printout of the filled application form for future use.

HP Police Constable Salary
Candidates selected for HP Police Constable posts will get a basic salary in the range of Rs.5,910-20,200/- and a Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- for the first 08 years of the service. After 8 years of service, the regular pay band of Rs.10,300-34,800 shall be paid along with the Grade Pay of Rs.3200.
